SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by CoverageCo (The Coverage Company), a licensed health insurance agency headquartered in Florida. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The program

CoverageCo sends text messages related to your health-coverage request, including: responses to your quote or plan-match request, plan options and follow-ups from your licensed agent, appointment and enrollment reminders, renewal and service messages about your coverage, and occasional messages about enrollment windows that may affect you.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by submitting a form on this website that includes your phone number and consent language, by texting us first, or by giving a licensed agent your number and asking to receive texts. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

3. Message frequency, rates

Message frequency varies based on your request and your conversation with your agent. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

4. Opt out at any time — reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by telling your agent or contacting us at hello@coverageco.com.

5. Need help — reply HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@coverageco.com or (555) 010-2026.

6. Your opt-in is never sold or shared

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to send you the messages described above, through the service providers that deliver them on our behalf.

7. Carriers and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control. Supported carriers include major U.S. networks; the program may not be available on all carriers at all times.

8. Eligibility and changes

The program is intended for U.S. residents 18 and older. You represent that you are the account holder for (or have authority over) the mobile number you provide, and you agree to notify us if you release that number. We may update these terms or discontinue the program at any time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
